To renew your membership, you will need to re-submit your credit card information. All initial membership fees are charged in advance and posted to your account per your selected membership package. Once your written notice is received, your account will be canceled, and there will be NO refunds for the unused membership period. Singles Commitments Corp (S.C.C.) and all the sister subsites do not issue refunds for any unused membership time due to any personal, technical, or any other issues or difficulties. Our cancellation policy does not grant or in any way imply a refund.

Beyond these conditions, requests for refunds will be at our sole discretion and will be reviewed on a member to member basis.

Hereby you agree to not resort to any claims for a chargeback through your credit card company or your bank. Once your application is accepted and approved by Singles Commitments Corp (S.C.C.) and all the sister subsites, there will be no refunds. There will be no refunds for the entire period of the membership. You can exchange your package for a different type of package and/or benefit(s) so long as the additional charges (if any) are paid. Any further changes during this period would first have to be consented to and by Singles Commitments Corp (S.C.C.) and all the sister sub sites unless otherwise noted as additional charges may be assessed per the related application of the website(s).

You may terminate your membership at any time, at the end of your membership period, for any reason. This becomes effective upon sending a Thirty-Day Written Notice. This agreement is a full recourse agreement. The Membership Terms and Conditions of Use are governed in accordance with the laws of the State of California of the United States of America and any action arising out of or relating to these terms shall be filed only in The State or federal courts located in California and you hereby consent and submit to the applicable jurisdiction of such courts to litigate any such action. If any part of this agreement is proven to be unenforceable in any State or Country, the remaining parts shall remain enforceable.

Any dispute(s) regarding this agreement which cannot be settled by the parties, shall be first submitted for final arbitration. In the United States, arbitration takes place in the U.S. Chamber Of Commerce in Washington, D.C. In Europe, Asia, and the Middle East, arbitration takes place to "Chamber Du Commerce Et De L’Industrie De Geneve" in Geneva, Switzerland, or Paris France.

Although at this time, signing this agreement by you in person is not possible, by clicking "Yes" on submission electronically, you have agreed to and acknowledged that you have read, understood, and have agreed to comply with the Terms and Conditions of the Membership Agreement, and you are hereby accepting this Agreement.

Hereby you represent that in the State or the Country that you are living, you are considered to be within the legal age group. You have read the entire Agreement and understand and accept all aspects of this legally binding Agreement.
